This week at work has totally kicked my butt. It's been stressful and busy, and my body is just about done. My pain levels are so high. I'm trying to relax my muscles and use all my pain management techniques to get through the work day. Please share your favorite technique so I can try them.

Thanks for the tips. I ended up working half a day, pain brain was too much. So I'm home with a heating pad and true crime documentaries.

For me, playing a very mundane but entertaining game on my tablet helps. Ex: freecell, i can play 2 games in 5 minutes. 2248 lowers my pulse significantly, but takes a bit longer, so i use it during lunch.
I bought a plant to sit on my windowsill at work. It has helped me to feel calmer to be able to nurture a living thing that does not talk back š
