I’m in a depressive episode right now, and I’m legit just trying to make it to Thursday. After Thursday, I’ll try to make it to another day… it’s kinda weird, but it works. Anyway, my parents keep harping on me to do things that will help my future. Like, bro… right now my future is Thursday. It’s getting so frustrating and annoying. How do I tell them that I need them to stop without them getting upset with me?

It does work. Life is long. Thursday isn't nearly as long. If you need to keep making it to Thursday, that's fine. Someday you'll be making it to the next month, then the next year, and maybe, eventually, you won't have to "make it" to a milestone at all. You'll just be better :)

How comfortable are you with sharing about your depression with your parents? Or do they already know? I think some people mix up “feeling sad” with actually being depressed. Starting with explaining a bit of your reality to them will help them start to understand how difficult it is to think about anything beyond the next few days. And if they don’t want to hear it from you, finding some videos on YouTube (that seem credible) that talk about how depression works can be very helpful too. As a side note, I think all any (good) parent wants is for their child to be healthy and taken care of. This often shows up as they nagging about your future, but what they are really saying is they want you to use any chance you can for success. So, from that lens, I think it’s important to help them see that this is just step one. One day the amount of time you can tolerate will be much longer—but for now you’re trying extremely hard and doing the very best you can for where you’re at.0

It’s good you find a way to cope and it’s difficult you can’t just live like that… if it’s possible, I would explain that to your parents and tell them you will let them know when you’re ready to speak about the future
