@Weirdo sorry but i could care less about FDA. they have a long history of corruption and shadiness. there is public information on some things they’ve approved that is actually insane (i.e. “acceptable” quantity of maggots living in food being served to public) not to mention they directly denied a safe and effective treatment for AIDS during the pandemic. i wonder why…

That’s good you feel like that. I hope to feel that too and not any of the above I mentioned. I know what dissociation can feel like. And I’ve felt depersonalization a couple times. Not pleasant to say the least.

It is a common thing, but I haven’t fully experienced it. I feel extremely heavy relaxed, like I feel like I cannot move, but I can, but I don’t lol. I have mostly felt super relaxed and have a calmness after that I haven’t felt in ages. So that’s nice.

Weirdo, did you experience any dissociation or depersonalization?

Eveybird, I fully understand wanting to hear from ‘real people’ experiences. Also, I was wrong, it is fda approved, just strictly regulated. I started a few weeks ago, I’ve had 5 treatments, 2 were cancelled due to weather and medical issues. I haven’t noticed any significant difference yet. Each person’s experience after administering the medication can vary greatly. Also, I recommended the website because there are real testimonials that we are supposed to watch initially as part of preparing for the treatment.

I do IV ketamine as needed for my treatment resistant depression. I started out doing the series a few times and then did one IV treatment a month for a while. This is over the course of years by the way. And now I have not needed it in almost a year. It changed my life and I highly recommend it to everyone with depression.

Weirdo, more interested in talking to people about their experiences than Spravotos website. FDA picks and chooses what they approve. I don’t really pay attention to it. I did ketamine in high school. I remember the amazing effect it had on mood. Please no judgement, I was a party kid. Now I’m Straight Edge.

Eveybird, esketamine isn’t approved for use by the fda yet, also, it’s a few weeks 2 days a week to start. Then maintenance as needed after the initial treatments. Look into janssencarepath.com/spravato to get info or help.

You’re so lucky! I have an appointment in April to see if I qualify. I am hoping so much to try it. I’ve had medication-resistant depression for 15 years. Would you like to talk and be friends and I’d love to hear about your journey with it and I hope it helps!

Esketamine is ketamine nasal spray. I’m going to start ketamine (at home) soon for my anxiety and depression. I’m really hoping that it works for me!! I am curious to hear what other people say about this.
