I've suffered from PCOS since a teenager. I'm going to be 40 soon and have never been to a doctor to treat it. I don't even know where to begin. PCOS has controlled my whole entire life. Family members have put me down over it. I've had romantic partners embarrassingly comment. I have self medicated with drugs & alcohol to the point that if I stop drinking my blood pressure sky rockets and I cant stop shaking. I don't even know if I will make it to 40.
