Is Metformin Safe? Need Advice!

I use metformin for almost 2 years now and for my is ok.. and my doctor always check and everything is ok. If anyone get liver problems sure check what medications your taking but don’t think is metformin. And this is just base on my blood works cause I’m also asthmatic and one time I take a medication for asthma and get my liver fatty so my doctor took it away and I’m fine now…

I was on metformin and my liver was getting damaged. Make sure you have regular blood work done

Hi Derek! I don’t think Metformin is dangerous.. I take it for many years now. Like every drug, it can have side effects but if it could help you, it has great benefits as well
