Remember that they are just thoughts and feelings and urges - they are not real. remember to allow the feelings to come up, do exposure response therapy, allow yourself to feel anxious and fear , acknowledge the feelings, they are there, but they are not real. they can't do anything. sit with them and yourself. and until they go away. Sometimes you may feel this makes it worse bc of the anxiety you feel, but that is okay. that means you don't want to do that. and sometimes you might go numb and think you like or enjoy the feelings - that's OCD lying to you.
That is a really hard one. If you are calm, I recommend hearing about philosophy. If you aren't calm, I recommend sleep deep or exercise for next step. Best of luck
