I'm going to have to be home alone for an entire week (I live with my parents) and I'm terrified of how bad I know my paranoia and hallucinations will get, especially at night. I'm trying to get my friends to hang out with me as often as possible, but most of the week I'll be alone at night. It's a farm, so I don't have neighbors to cover those open hours. anyone have any tips? or just, nice things to say? ways to distract myself? (I'm also terrified my dad will not come home when he leaves, so... that too...)

Try FaceTiming someone during the night or swapping your sleeping schedule for the night to day if possible keep on a light maybe idk that one depends on what kind of hallucinations you have
