      I've been having difficulty sleeping these last 2 weeks, I wake up with a racing heart and a feeling of worry as well :(

        @JessicaCastillo I haven't been able to sleep well recently either. I've been constantly waking up so I feel your pain

      Sometimes I think that’s why I’m waking up. Doesn’t happen to me every time I wake tho. Even when I know I wasn’t having a nightmare I think the heightened anxiety disrupts sleep. It’s rough.
