Dissociation during mania

anyone else feel like they mainly just dissociate really bad while I'm presuming manic? like it's less of a high feeling though I feel up there? it's just feels like my heads spinning too and everything's wrong.

      I love that detached feeling. I was bipolar way before being diagnosed I was always manic back then but I always crash and burn when my depression hits. I isolate so deeply I forget blocks of days. It scares me. I check out . I love checking out as much as I love my mania. I know I know I'm crazy.

      Yeah I feel this I’m glad it’s not just me. I’m getting manic symptoms and I definitely feel really detached from myself and yeah things feel wrong. I hate it
