my health anxiety has ruined my life. while I do have other health issues. hashimoto's disease , hypothyroidism, endometriosis there is no way all of that can make me feel this terrible on a daily basis! I have had every test you can think of minor things found here and there. but recently found out I'm deficient in almost every important vitamin! vit d vit b12 omega 3 gut health is terrible !!! my quality of life has went to crap !!!!! this all began in 2017 I went to bed fine !!! ( all though I've Always been the person to stress before there's even stress to stress about ) I was in a terrible 10 year relationship and have some childhood trauma. anywho....I went to bed one night perfectly fine woke up the next morning and my life was completely flipped upside down !!!! everything looked and felt so weird ? as if everything was fake, I was unable to work or leave my house I was in out of the ER probably 3-4x a week !!! my memory went to crap all in the matter of 24 hours maybe less !!!! I don't understand how somthing can come on so sudden like that ! and here I am still trying to figure it out !!!

    i got super sick when i was vitamin deficient and it got better when i started taking supplements but i’ve never felt the same again after that and it’s been 5 years, it only took a couple of days though from when i started feeling kind of off to not be able to stay awake or eat or pretty much function at all. i hope you can get some answers or piece of mind soon!!! keep going, you got this❤️

      I've been on supplements for about 3 weeks now how long does it take for the supplements to get my levels up ? And the supplements made you feel worse ?!

        it took me about 6 weeks to start feeling better after i started taking the supplements (folic acid, iron, vitamin D, b12). the supplements didn’t make me feel worse but also did not make me feel all the way better like i thought they would
