I'm not quite sure how to get the ball rolling on exercising. I'm still relatively young but my back already aches. Do I just exercise through the pain? Is it too late for me to get healthy š?
this is just me but i tend to start at the smallest step, like doing simple stretching to start off on the path to exercise. though i'd also like to see some other answers bc i'm feeling the same
Iām the same way, itās really hard to motivate myself, but sometimes if I just decide to do it and just donāt think about it or anything about it (just kinda dive in without thinking about what itās gonna be like) then itās easier
I have the same problem and I struggle with motivation to start most of the time. I would suggest trying to listen to your favorite music or get a friend to exercise with you. Those seem to help me a lot so maybe they could help you too! š
And for the pain, I feel that too. I just tend to work through it and I think exercising and losing weight can help with the pain too but I'm not completely sure. It's never too late though!
