I am planning to go off my pill this month because I would like to start trying for a baby by the end of this year. I have been on the pill for about 9 years and I’m scared that once I go off it’s back to painful irregular periods and acne. Can anyone talk about their experience going off the pill?

Ive been off the pill for about two months, and my periods have been irregular, painful and heavy. Ive been taking cbd for pain and help with inflammation. I honestly think being on the pill is what caused my pcos. 🤷🏾♀️ But ...not sure.

Hi! I was actually surprised that my periods were not as bad as I remembered from being a teenager. It’s still not regular but not as painful or as long
