How do you deal with relationships? I always get made out to be the bad guy for having emotional issues with anxiety and depression spells. I’m waiting on getting health insurance to get mental help but in the meantime I’m falling apart.

But if you can't start DBT now, I suggest you find some hobby that will help you relax, and then maybe your emotional reactions will decrease.
