I have a number of painful conditions….but right now no flare ups and I’m not in pain at all(knock on wood)…My condition that bothers me the most is my lower lumbar but for the past 2-3 months I’ve been essentially pain free… I’m happy today because I’m pain free today and I’m here visiting my 86 year old mother to watch the Insurrection Committee on Trump🍿🤗
