Need Help with Driving Anxiety

I too get this. Mine started at traffic lights and highways. No reasons that I can think it just randomly started about 8 years ago. I get dizzy then panic. It's like the eyes see movement but the body is still. That's the only thing that makes sense.

what @macieann said, is what my therapist told me to do!! i’m still get panic attacks about driving, but after driving a little bit farther each time, i’ve found that sometimes by the time i’m at the top of the street, I want to try going further! just don’t push yourself more than you’re comfortable with, because that could backtrack you. having a water and blowing cool air in your face may help as well!!
