Loss of Motor Skills in Hands: Any Tips?

I've been using grip and finger strengtheners bought from Amazon. Since using them I'm having more infrequent episodes of losing use of my hands and the shaking and twitching doesn't last as long

@JulieAna I have tried to tell my doctor's and therapists about it and they were dismissive but I have done research and there's studies about it. It's a known symptom. Unfortunately meds are not helping too much

My hand will just do this little drop like movement and I started taking LDN Low Dose naltrexone 6mg every night and that has helped my fibro symptoms quite a bit

I'm losing strength and mobility in my hands. Its very frustrating. They just don't want to work right.

Im exactly the same I'll be holding something and out of nowhere my hand just opens up and I drop it it's exactly how you just explained it glumanddum

Mine not only shake and twitch, they just stop working out of nowhere if I'm holding things. It's as if as it forgot it was a hand for a milissecond.

Yes my hands is useless at times
