anyone know how to cope with hallucinations healthily?

    Take vitamin B complax . Look into vitamins that helps with certain things (mental illnesses) . But must be taken with anti psychotics / anti depressants . And aromatherapy is good to . . Incense/ smell good candles/waxs . Lavender mainly Also delta 8 pen herb Indica a few inhales hold in and release 3 puffs if enough it relaxes the mind enough to give a good feeling . I talk to my counselor 2 a week and my EMDR counselor once a month and my psychiatrist once a week . They put me on abilify recently and 3 weeks in and no demons ! But I also take haldol lymcital abilify Wellbutrin Zoloft depakote and quitetin and hydroxyzine . So yea I still have problems. But there's many things you can do to help yourself . ❤️ ✌️
