I couldn’t fall asleep last night…tried everything I could think of but my racing thoughts kept me up. It didn’t help that my room was warm, I was dehydrated and my stomach was bothering me. Anyone have tips on how to settle in to sleep when your mind won’t stop? I need to rest tonight :(

I like to use melatonin spray. Without it I have many sleepless nights/days (cause I work nightshift). Just a few sprays all over and feel yourself begin to relax better.
I use a breathing technique to help me fall asleep, I also keep my water bottle with me in bed.
