Does anyone get incredibly sore knees/calves/legs with fibromyalgia, or is this a different experience that I should be concerned about..

      Yes , I’ve been getting Shots in My Knees & now I Fell outta My bed! Reaching for a Water bottle!! Dislocated my Shoulder & so Now I will be getting Steroid Shots !! It Still Hurts So Bad!! & this happened a Month Ago!!🥹

      I get a lot of muscle twitches in my legs and around my knees, and any time I drink the next day my calves are insanely sore

      absolutely. keep in mind this is a inter-muscular, skeletal (especially joint), and nerve disease!

          @MossMallow honestly I'm not sure because I've had torn meniscus before and that didn't even hurt as bad as this. It very well could because the rest of my body hurts with colder weather.

      Being sore is extremely normal with fibro. Before I started physical therapy my arms were stronger than my legs. Even though my legs are stronger they still stay sore.

        @Tot at this point, I’m considering a cane and PT just for mobility support. Working has gotten hard lately
