Does anyone get incredibly sore knees/calves/legs with fibromyalgia, or is this a different experience that I should be concerned about..

Being sore is extremely normal with fibro. Before I started physical therapy my arms were stronger than my legs. Even though my legs are stronger they still stay sore.

at this point, I’m considering a cane and PT just for mobility support. Working has gotten hard lately

do you think weather has anything to do with it, or is it just a sign of a flare up?

honestly I'm not sure because I've had torn meniscus before and that didn't even hurt as bad as this. It very well could because the rest of my body hurts with colder weather.

I get a lot of muscle twitches in my legs and around my knees, and any time I drink the next day my calves are insanely sore
