Since getting back on medication I can definitely tell a difference in my moods and issues, but I still happen to either accidentally miss or intentionally skip my morning medication time. I'm the type to overanalyze and overthink things, try to pick it apart and piece it all together, and the only reason I can come up with as to why this keeps happening comes back to the reason many things still don't get finished with me, and that's just sheer laziness and zero motivation. I just still haven't been able to crack that code and start to work on it, let alone put an end to it all together. Any suggestions welcomed.

I find that if I am either distracted or do not do things in my "normal" routine/pattern, then I miss taking some meds. I use a pill reminder app to help. The only thing about that is to remember to NOT hit dismiss or complete until I have actually taken the pill. 🙃

      - yeah I have a problem with snoozing my work alarm as it is. And then on my days off it still goes off for my medication and I just end up turning it off and going back to sleep because I don't have to get up for work. I'll get in a loop like that for like 2,3 days at a time. It's very frustrating.

@SaturnsAlbatross I definitely identify with that. Hitting snooze too many times or flat turning my alarm off has happened way to often. However, I did find that having my meds in a reminder app, separate from my alarms, helped some. It did take me a while to use it to my advantage though.
