    Light exercise like walking helps me best. I hated the idea of exercise and I thought fitbits were pointless until I got one. It actually motivates me to get moving. It’s when I am sedentary is when I hurt the most. I try to walk a few additional miles a day than what I already do in everyday activities. I swear by this and it keeps my depression down too from the stress of the pain.

    I take hot baths and relaxing teas, if the pain is unbearable I'll use CBD creams and massage my whole body

    massage can help me if I'm very gentle and avoid my pressure points. warm epsom salt baths or showers help too.

    I take supplements and over the counter pain medication when it's really bad but I also have a little rabbit that's filled with rice and lavender that I can eat up in the microwave and it helps with my pain quite a bit
