Me and my sister are finally addressing my more pressing mental issues, but we suspect I may have developed OCD on top of my ADHD, depression, and autism. I don't know if I should be this relieved somebody else validated my concerns without me asking (I have suspected something else was going on but didn't want to self-diagnose qwq). I hope this is my tangible reason for having such a rough few years. It would be a load off my shoulders to know I was just doing the best I could with the resources I had.
