I don't have the energy or motivation to do anything but I'm also bored with literally everything. I just end up wanting to go to sleep and wait for tomorrow.

does anyone have any advice? I just feel weird and hate that I'm doing nothing.

    I get it, I was like that for a while, and still like it now, but I've found if sometimes you simply just let yourself do nothing for a small while, it seems to release that feeling for a short bit, it usually ends up coming back but it's like a little break

    It for sure increases guilt, but sometimes you do need to take a break. It takes a whole change in mind to be able to accept that you need a break, for sure, and that’s the hard part. Once you’re able to recognize you need breaks every once in a while, it becomes a lot easier. As for advice, do one small thing a day at first. If you have a lot on your plate, “eat your favorite dish first” or do the easiest thing in your head. It’s not an “easy” thing in reality, it’s a thing off your to-do list. Once you get one thing off your to-do list though, try out another, and soon you’ll have nothing on your plate which will naturally lead you into the cycle of breaks and working on stuff that’s healthy. Find out whatever works best for you :)
