Our alters are capable of switching when they want, rather than from external stimuli. While some do have triggers, it's very few. I have UDD, not OSDD or DID, and I don't think there's a UDD tag on here. Is anyone else like this? I've had a bad reaction after someone heard about our alters "switching at will" and stuff.

To be honest, That's kind of like me and my alters. I always thought that it was just a trigger I didn't react to, but after reading this I'm wondering if it's something different instead of OSDD..
They can for me too š

This is how I am as well. In my system, we all work together and allow each other to front whenever we want to. There are certain alters who don't have as much of a say as the rest of us, but for the most part it seems like there's no exact stimuli to trigger a switch.
