Sometimes when I'm anxious and have nothing to be anxious about, I force myself to just go do the things I'm too anxious to do, and then when I realize it's not as bad as I thought it was, I get even more anxious at the thought of being anxious again. Is that normal?

    Yes! That's totally normal and I feel the same way sometimes. It's good you're challenging yourself by doing what you're scared to do.

      Exactly! Challenging your anxiety is the only way to beat it, even if it'll only be temporary. The more you challenge it, the easier it'll become :)
