Hi, I’ve been so worried about my mental health and what to call it. I’ve been having what I think are anxiety attacks since last summer. I feel like I don’t know what to call this mental thing going on, but my mom just says it’s because of my hormones. They say I don’t have anxiety but there are worrisome nights where I can’t even go to sleep or I don’t think I’m real. Are these signs of anxiety disorder? Please help.

You just got to focus on your breathing and keep telling yourself everything will be ok. I used to have panic attacks similar to that and breathing/ talking to myself helps alot.
Possibly. Who exactly said you don't have anxiety? A professional would need to weigh in. Try some deep breathing when you feel anxious. Meditation helps
