My GERD is triggered by stress and depression. It is hard to eat. I’m tired of suffering this condition that could not be cured.

I’m sorry to hear that you’re not alone. Some of my favorite tricks are sleeping elevated, taking Pepcid, reducing acidic foods, and drinking warm alkaline water. I don’t know if that is helpful, but wishing you the best! ❤️

Don't give up. Can you get help to reduce the stress? Plus are you on certain diet e.g no acid food or drink?

Thanks. I following GERD diet. The think that mine always get worse when I’m stressed. I’ve been using CBD and cannabis, which helps. But is frustrating especially when you have a good day and then it gets worse because you get stressed.

I am seeing a therapist and she gives me breathing exercises. Or at times I utilize a heavy blanket. Or write a poem to express what is frustrating me

I like those ideas, Overcomer. How does the heavy blanket works?

Buy a heavy blanket and at night when going to bed use it to cover you. They have heavy blanket for individuals with sleep problems. Keep in mind that heavy blanket helps with other things

If I get stressed out I use it to wrap around me and lay down and relax
