Has anyone heard of Spirio or Sperio clinic in Arkansas?

My current specialist in CT is good friends with Dr. Katinka at the Spero clinic as both have won awards for medical innovation in the treatment of chronic pain, and while I’ve never been, he’s said fantastic things about her, and has credited her for teaching him how to treat patients with CRPS when he began targeting his practice from widespread chronic pain patients to treating primarily CRPS/RSD patients. He’s AMAZING, and if he learned from her I️ can only assume she’s fantastic too!
