@Joliz Yes I’ve had same experience with Trimagnesium. I need the 3 types of magnesium. The citrate or sulfate(?) did not do it for me

I take Gabapentin 600 x2 daily and an 800 at night for my RLS. It somewhat works for me, but not when it is really bad! I am almost wondering if I was misdiagnosed or something because I hurt all the time!

@Liffy43 it sucks hurting all the time! Half the things I use to do, I either have to limit myself or not do at all!

@Kadair I know I have MS, and just assumed it was the lesions in my spine causing the spasms in my ribcage. I might just need to keep working on upping my dose!

I take Gabapentin 400mg 3 times a day for nerve pain and anxiety and I notice it helping with the anxiety.

I get leg spasms at night and started on Trimagnesium-1/daily. Did not completely eliminated spasms but lessened frequency and severity. You can get it online

I take Gabapentin 400 mg three times a day. I don’t think it helps. I take for anxiety!

I was on gabapentin 300 mg twice per day for nerve damage (right back area)caused by a lung biopsy… it made me feel loopy… and has now affected my vision… but no, it never really worked for the pain..

I’ve was on 800 mg 3 x a day for supposedly fibromyalgia and it didn’t do anything for me. Not saying it won’t help you, but I personally don’t think I have fibromyalgia, I think I’ve been dismissed and diagnosed with this, because doctors don’t take time with you anymore, at least mine doesn’t. I’m still searching for answers. I really hope it helps for your pain though!!!

I'm on 300mg 3 times a day for fibromyalgia and don't feel like it does much,I have other conditions aswell though but I find most pain relief useless

I’m on gabapentin for nerve pain in general but I take 300 mg 3x daily. For muscle spasms I take tizanidine.

One user mentioned taking Gabapentin for chronic nerve pain and nausea from nerve damage, and they found it to be a lifesaver. They take 600 mg a day, split into 300 mg in the morning and 300 mg at night. However, this user did not specifically mention back spasms caused by MS. It's important to consult with your doctor about your specific situation and dosage adjustments.
