      hello, how are you? Yes both are an extreme issue for me. I have been struggling allot with anxiety, I'm in counseling. Which has been helping allot to talk things out with someone. I am trying to find a way to lessen and get rid of my diabetic neuropathy pain. I am also working on lowering my A1C, which was 10.5. I have allot of work. It's good to make a new friend!
