Does anybody else feel disconnected? It’s a strange feeling I don’t know if it’s from menopause or fibromyalgia my joints and muscles ache and it feels like I’m in a constant brain fog but this sucks I’m already on Prozac don’t wanna up my dose because I tried it one time to you it and it turned me into a zombie anybody have any advice on what to do about this

I honestly would recommend a pregnancy pillow, the kind that looks like a huge 'u'. They help with plus sized people, backpain, and the pain caused by fibromyalgia. I've had people rave about it with some if not all of these issues as well and I'm buying one for me.
