I have been feeling very emotionally numb for the past week or so. idk if it's anxiety or depression but I'm so tired. any ideas on how to help? I'm already trying to distract myself and take care of myself better.

If youre into art, i find drawing while super depressed helps. I made these little blob characters to represent my emotions. Theyre really messy and i dont care if the drawings are bad because i dont really show anyone anyway. I draw out how im feeling in the moment, like i make the blobs do what i feel.
Idk if this helps because I know how that feels and when I’m like that I just don’t have the motivation for literally anything. That being said, usually if I find something like a movie or a song that can make me cry, it will help me start feeling again and begin to start processing. Talking to people I love/trust helps too but I know that’s not always possible.
