At times I still feel like I am low on energy despite the meds I am on. what are some things that work for you to combat this?

Antidepressants made me terribly lethargic, not sure if that’s what you meant by meds but they could be the cause.

Hmm I don’t know how to have a *ton* of energy when I feel low, but I know how to add a bit of “pep” if you know what I mean. I like to consume a bit of caffeine, I tend to drink a green tea with added caffeine in it. I find that opening the blinds of windows and letting natural light in helps too, especially if that window gets a lot of light in it. Turning on a show or movie that I really like helps too and so does moving around, like walking, chores, yoga, etc etc

Making sure I’m not getting too much or too little sleep and getting adequate sunlight! I think I’m actually a plant, but when I don’t see the sun at least for 5-15 min a day I get really depressed.
