hello! I need help learning how to control my binge eating habits. whenever I get bored, sad, angry, whatever I feel like eating and eating and eating. how do I control myself and what are ways I can keep myself from doing it

trying to recognize what youre feeling/ going through when the idea of eating comes up ,, try to gauge if its intuitive eating where you’re listening to your body or if you’re looking for some sort of distraction (i think its ok in moderation). try to ask yourself “hey do i really want / need this or do i just need a damn hug lol”
