Make sure you take the time to do things that make you happy, vent to people that you trust, and above all else, try not to be too hard on yourself! You are not your illness, and it’s not your fault that you have physical/mental limitations! You’re stronger than you know. 💗

Finding things you can do within your limits that you enjoy. Being happy in the little things and celebrating little wins. Compassion for yourself. I find journaling and therapy has helped me get out of my head as much. Self care, whether that’s watching your favourite show, taking a long bath, getting a massage, or changing your clothes. Remember you are worth every effort and though yes some days will be hard, you can get through them to better days

I think we all find different things helpful to cope. For me it’s important to make sure I’m doing what my body can enjoy. I get massages that make me not hate being in my body for a few minutes. I put rice bags on my eternally cold feet and focus on how that one area of my body feels good. I try to savor my food. Idk, also finding something you can contribute to the world even with your illnesses, for me it’s my baby girl even though I need a lot of help raising her due to my body
