      Literally my symptoms of anxiety and panic attack thought the day are the same!! Racing Heartbeat, arch’s, pains, fatigue, stomach upset, chest hurt, headache, weak, feeling like some in my throat, blurry vision, seen it black spot in my vision,, thoughts go though my head like I’m bout die,, if I stand up I’m die it’s crazy but I been dealing with it im not on no medicine so Im just trying to get on a basic diet and walking and exercise!!

        @Nitapooh I have tried a bunch of different meds and they all make me feel 10x worse. Super sensitive to meds I guess. So I'm doing it the all natural way too and some days are so hard

          @Alicia4475 yes it is but I keep telling myself this will come to past it’s just my anxiety it’s nothing wrong,,I started this in 2019 I was going from hospital to hospital thinking it was something wrong,, but now I just try to do this natural thing and get over it I went to the Herb store and got some Herb tea and that is helping alot

      Literally every symptom of anxiety most of the days. Insomnia, dry mouth, nausea, racing heart, sweaty, dizzy, blurry vision, stomach upset, crying, irritability, fatigue, breathlessness lol freaking blows

      sometimes when i get anxiety my legs, hands and face tremble, my body becomes stiff, my mouth gets really dry (which sucks if i have to present something or talk lol), my heart rate picks up, and i sometimes dissociate. wby?
