I have noticed an increase in pain lately and relate it to sugar. Does this seem credible and does anyone notice changes due to sugar consumption?

      Naturally occurring sugar doesn’t seem to bother me, but yes if I give into sweet cravings and begin to have more processed sugars I will have more pain.
