I useally just think differently then have the negative things in my head
for me as long as I can find something specific to think about I could take my mind off things
Staying busy helps me. Literally ANY task to keep me busy and take my mind off things works better than doing nothing at all. I’m very self aware and tend to overthink, so keeping busy working toward a goal or being productive helps to combat that negativity.
