Hi Paige, my apnea is effected by my sleeping position. Only when I sleep flat on my back do I suffer from the condition, I've been sleeping on my sides now for years, unfortunately this has now caused me other issues which have yet to be diagnosed. I'm now 53, yet I have a 10 year old daughter whom I raise alone since my wife died in 2018. I also have a son 26, and daughter 25 from my first wife/ friend, she died in 2020. I got my GED in 2016. Keep up the good work, exercise your mind and body. Find your second half, you need not do this alone.
