We’re feeling so alone and struggling so much. We don’t have a support system and we currently are not ready to go back into therapy, as the medical trauma we experienced is still effecting us significantly. We can only talk to people online about our osdd/ did, which is something that along with cptsd/ptsd, effects us the most. We cannot get proper treatment for our (c)ptsd without having our osddid acknowledged a long with that. Our body is always constantly tired and even when we do have some level of motivation, that fatigue shuts our plans down Immediately. Our plans, for context, are cleaning, doing work, etc.. For a while our fatigue had went away, but now, just like however many months ago, it’s back with a vengeance. We’ve tried so much and at this point I don’t know what to do. We tried caffeine, but that had other symptoms that we are not okay with having on a daily basis in exchange for a normal amount of energy. This is all just so unfair and I hate it. I don’t know what to do. We struggle with basically every aspect of our life and have no support. Our system communication has gotten worse and it’s even more difficult now. Even when we do reach out, we end up not knowing how to reach out to the person again if we do need help. We also don’t really get to use the weekends to rest, as we need to help the other people in our house with theirs and it leaves us unable to help ourselves, even though we’re hardly able to do that anyway. We need help.
