Questions about Prozac and Antidepressants

Symptom wise, I am just moody and having trouble sleeping and staying asleep. I am also somewhat impulsive which is unlike me, and I use it for anxiety

Honestly, every med I’ve tried feels different, so it’s hard to describe. I’ve been on Cymbalta, Zoloft, Abilify, Prozac, Seroquel, and Lamictal. How you know it works is if you notice a decrease in symptoms. That doesn’t necessarily mean that you are symptom free. Over time I know me and several others develop a tolerance and get used to the meds, so we need to switch or increase doses because it becomes less effective. Hope this helps

What symptoms? Were you started on it slowly and stepped up to 40? And what are your on it for ? Depression, anxiety, OCD? ….
