Does anyone have neck issues? I have a hard time moving my head up and down. When I do I feel pain in my neck.. it’s stiff and feels like something is pinched or something

I know I had the same issue when my top vertebrae was out of line. My head would even get stuck sometimes. I went to a chiropractor to help with the symptoms
