I am moving next month, a 17 hour trip (without stopping), and am wondering what precautions I should take or how to prepare for this trip with IBS-D?

On a long trip I bring small snacks that doesn't trigger your bowels. I eat light. It it does work! Its a pain the the butt I know šŸ˜

I would definitely recommend an anti-diarrheal. I just OTC Imodium. I tend to take it when I have big events coming up, as to not have my daily diarrhea. IBS-D is truly awful. I feel your pain.

If youā€™re not stopping at all maybe take some pull ups like depends or something similar just in case. Itā€™s easier to change a pull up than to change clothes šŸ˜…

Unfortunately any food or water triggers diarrhea so I don't think I'll be eating much

I tend to eat light easy to digest foods and keep stress down. My IBS is triggered by stress and change. I also take an anti-diarrhea Med for anytime I travel long distances to make it easier. Drink lots of water!
