How to Stop Scalp Picking? Need Advice!

I wrap bandaids around my fingers to deter the picking and it usually helps, especially the one's with cute monsters on them

id recommend a “pick stone”! theyre these little rocks with holes that are filled with a scab-like substance, i had a friend of mine get one recently and they said it really helped! hope this helped
