I recently graduated high school, and I'm having a really hard time coping. I feel really stressed by my job which is honestly exhausting, but I also have to think about the upcoming year. I have a gap year because my college has too many enrollments, so I can earn money, but I also need to find something that is good experience in the biology field for school and my parents. It's only two things I have going on, but I can't seem to get anything done without panicking. I feel so pressured all the time. Any ideas?

I also felt this when I first graduated, unfortunately I don't have many tips because I am waiting for a long while untill going to college (mental preparation and saving money) but I do hope you start to feel less stressed soon!

Have a thought out plan. I can't speak from experience from this. But I am the type to be prepared for this kind of stuff. Like I said make a step to step plan about how to get you from point A to point B. Do research about everything you need. For example look up experiences you could get in the biology field part time. If you want me to help you more in depth you could feel free to message me! Or if you would like to chat I'm also open!!👍❤️
