I recently graduated high school, and I'm having a really hard time coping. I feel really stressed by my job which is honestly exhausting, but I also have to think about the upcoming year. I have a gap year because my college has too many enrollments, so I can earn money, but I also need to find something that is good experience in the biology field for school and my parents. It's only two things I have going on, but I can't seem to get anything done without panicking. I feel so pressured all the time. Any ideas?

    I also felt this when I first graduated, unfortunately I don't have many tips because I am waiting for a long while untill going to college (mental preparation and saving money) but I do hope you start to feel less stressed soon!

    Have a thought out plan. I can't speak from experience from this. But I am the type to be prepared for this kind of stuff. Like I said make a step to step plan about how to get you from point A to point B. Do research about everything you need. For example look up experiences you could get in the biology field part time.
