      @lainey1888 I was the same way Ardennes up having a full on gastric bypass that was 19 years ago. Didn't get my replacements until I was 50 I'll be 55 in May. You can lose the weight. You really have to focus on your eating and you can get a good workout sitting in a chair. Check ur local library and see if they have a video on chair exercises. I cut Pepsi a d afew things I would gorge o. And lost 27lbs in 3 weeks. I could believe it. That's how much I had to lose to have the weight lose surgeries. After that the weight just fell off. Good luck and have faith in yourself I know you can do this

      I ended up having gastric bypass and it's taken some work buy now that my knees have been replaced it's a whole new lease on life. I'm in almost no.pain at all. Ut was gone for me almost immediately because I was in so much pain before the surgical pain didn't feel like much compared to how I lived with since I was in middle school. First knee replacement I was 50

        @jerrielyn im too heavy for surgery but can't lose weight as im in immense pain every day im 54 in Jan
