Does anyone know a good way to deal with anxiety? Things aren’t going right today and I’m really stressed out , I have days like that sometimes and my anxiety gets really bad.

    Breathing is always great if that's something you into. It rests your body. Talking is great. My therapist talks a lot about sitting with the anxiety and letting it happen. Then once your past your wrost part. Doing something to make yourself feel better.
