Looking for a Pillow to Help with Migraines

does anyone know of a good pillow for migraines? I wake up in pain because my neck hurts from my pillow but idk what kind of pillow i need.

      @Vidya brand? no...I kinda just grab one whenever I see one out that calls to me 🤷‍♂️ I have a really soft one that helps me sleep on my stomach at night, and a really firm one that helps ease my migraines. Or at least stimulates a feeling of relief 😂 The soft one I think is walmart brand. Firm could be kirkland 🤔 I have gone through so many firm pillows 😴

      Everybody's sleeping and triggers are different. Pillows also "die" quite quickly so you can have one you love and suddenly it isn't helping anymore. Gotta replace em. I think I've tried like 27 pillows to find two that are good for me.

        @Frapples Do you happen to have a brand name for your pillow friend? I am looking for a decent one myself. Sometimes it’s not about the price. I paid $100 each for two pillows and they quite literally sucked. I should have taken them back but instead I gave them away to someone who like them and could use them.

      Definitely some sort of cervical pillow that supports your neck. Sometimes a feather pillow will work if you punch it in certain areas to allow support of the cervical region. You can even do this if you’re a side sleeper

      Do you sleep on your side or stomach or back? Then find a pillow that is good for that. I sleep mostly on my side and stomach, so I need a pillow that supports my neck well. I bought a temperpedic pillow that is for stomach and side sleepers. On side is angled one way for sleeping on your stomach, and the other side is for sleeping on your side. My family laughs at me for always taking my pillow with me for overnight stays but it really makes a difference!

        @Mimi01 wow I didnt know there were different kinds of pillows depending on how you sleep! Im a side sleeper, so maybe thats the problem. Thanks!
