Dreading Work: Anyone Else?

Hi, I know how that feels, I too sometimes fear going to work, even before the day has started or even before something bad has happened. On days like this, I used to call in sick or make up some other excuse. But today, I understand that it's all in my head and that in most cases I can manage to overcome whatever might come up.
