ALL the time. I'm on the medication propranolol for that and I HIGHLY recommend it for heart palpitations and anxiety attack relief. I take it every morning after I wake up, since I tend to wake up with a racing heart and palpitations, and within 15 minutes everything is stable again. i hope you can get some relief from yours!
